Foreign Exchange Rates Steady in Egypt Today
Foreign exchange rates in the Egyptian market remained stable today, according to Bokam data. The US dollar recorded a selling price of 52.58 EGP and a buying price of 51.85 EGP, showing a slight increase of 0.02% compared to yesterday's trading.
Regarding the British pound, it was priced at 70.63 EGP for sale and 69.65 EGP for purchase, indicating relative market stability. Meanwhile, the euro was priced at 61.22 EGP for sale and 60.36 EGP for purchase.
On the other hand, Arab currencies remained stable, with the Saudi riyal recorded at 14.02 EGP for sale and 13.83 EGP for purchase, while the Kuwaiti dinar was priced at 170.08 EGP for sale and 167.72 EGP for purchase.
This stability comes amidst limited fluctuations in the foreign exchange market in Egypt, as monetary authorities continue to monitor the market to ensure its stability. It is noted that the Egyptian market occasionally experiences slight fluctuations in currency prices based on changes in local and global supply and demand.
