Gold and Dollar Prices Stable in Egypt Amid Market Fluctuations
The Egyptian markets witnessed stability in gold prices today, with no significant changes compared to yesterday. According to Bekam data, the price of 24K gold stood at approximately 7,760 EGP per gram, while 21K gold remained at 6,790 EGP per gram. The price of 18K gold also stayed at 5,820 EGP per gram.
On the other hand, foreign currency prices showed relative stability in the Egyptian market. The US dollar recorded a selling price of 52.58 EGP, with a buying price of 51.85 EGP. The Saudi Riyal reached 14.02 EGP for sale, while the Kuwaiti Dinar was priced at 170.08 EGP for sale.
This stability comes amid expectations of a calm market with low volatility in gold prices. Technical indicators still point to a balanced market for 21K gold at 6,790 EGP, reinforcing the lack of sharp price changes.
This stability is seen as positive amidst global market fluctuations and their impact on local economies, providing investors confidence in continuing their investments in gold and foreign currencies in Egypt.
