Slight Decline in Gold Prices in Egypt Amid Market Stability
Gold prices in Egypt recorded a slight decline of 0.15% today as per "Bkam" data. The price of 18-karat gold reached approximately 5,798 EGP per gram, dropping by 9 EGP from the previous day. Meanwhile, 21-karat gold was priced at 6,765 EGP per gram, down by 10 EGP. 24-karat gold reached 7,732 EGP per gram, decreasing by 11 EGP.
Technical analysis indicates a balanced market with low price volatility, reflecting calm price movements. Previously, 21-karat gold was priced at 6,775 EGP, showing relative market stability.
On another note, the US dollar remained stable in the Egyptian market at 52.59 EGP for sale, with a 0.02% stability from the previous day, supporting relative stability in the precious metals market.
This slight decrease in gold prices coincides with stable international prices, with the international ounce price for 21-karat gold reaching approximately 4,029.31 USD, reflecting a state of relative calm in global markets.
It is expected that gold prices in Egypt will continue to move within a narrow range in the coming period unless significant changes occur in global or local markets.
