Slight Rise in Gold Prices in Egypt
Gold prices in Egypt have seen a slight increase today within a narrow trading range. The price of 21-karat gold rose by 0.29% to reach 6,815 EGP per gram, marking an increase of 19 EGP from the previous day, according to data from Becam.
Meanwhile, the price of 24-karat gold increased by 0.28% to reach 7,788 EGP per gram, with a rise of 22 EGP from yesterday's price. As for 18-karat gold, it recorded an increase of 0.29% to 5,842 EGP per gram, with a 17 EGP rise from the previous day.
In related news, the technical analysis of the 21-karat gold price shows that the market is in a state of balance with low volatility, as the price stabilized at 6,815 EGP, indicating stability in price movements in the short term.
These movements come amid the stability of the US dollar exchange rate in the Egyptian market, with the selling price at 52.63 EGP, marking a slight decrease of 1.29% from the previous day. This relative stability in the dollar price contributes to determining the local gold price trajectory.
It is noteworthy that these movements are part of the changes occurring in global markets, where gold is affected by various economic and political factors, which may lead to price fluctuations in the near future.
