Stable Exchange Rates in Egypt Today
Foreign exchange rates in Egypt today showed remarkable stability, according to Bekam data. The US dollar recorded a purchase price of 51.85 EGP and a selling price of 52.59 EGP, reflecting stability compared to yesterday.
Regarding Gulf currencies, the Saudi riyal recorded a purchase price of 13.83 EGP and a selling price of 14.02 EGP. The Kuwaiti dinar registered a purchase price of 167.71 EGP and a selling price of 170.07 EGP. Meanwhile, the UAE dirham recorded a purchase price of 14.12 EGP and a selling price of 14.32 EGP.
On the other hand, the Euro recorded a purchase price of 60.45 EGP and a selling price of 61.3 EGP, while the British pound recorded a purchase price of 69.73 EGP and a selling price of 70.72 EGP. This stability in foreign exchange rates reflects a balanced condition in the Egyptian market, amidst slight fluctuations in gold prices that saw a minor increase of 0.15% for 21K and 24K gold.
