Stable foreign currency rates in Egypt
Today's foreign currency rates in Egypt exhibited notable stability, according to 'Bakam' data. The USD was priced at 50.59 EGP for purchase and 51.3 EGP for sale, reflecting steady value against the Egyptian pound.
The Saudi Riyal was marked at 13.49 EGP for purchase and 13.68 EGP for sale, while the Qatari Riyal stood at 13.9 EGP for purchase and 14.09 EGP for sale.
Regarding the Kuwaiti Dinar, it reached 163.86 EGP for purchase and 166.17 EGP for sale, being one of the highest-valued currencies in the traded basket.
The Jordanian Dinar recorded 71.35 EGP for purchase and 72.36 EGP for sale. Meanwhile, the British Pound was at 68.4 EGP for purchase and 69.36 EGP for sale, and the Euro stabilized at 58.75 EGP for purchase and 59.57 EGP for sale.
Additionally, the UAE Dirham remained stable at 13.77 EGP for purchase and 13.97 EGP for sale.
This stability in currency rates comes amid optimistic economic forecasts for the Egyptian economy, enhancing the stability of the Egyptian pound against foreign currencies.
